Biskut Cornflake

Ingredients:
250g butter
180g castor sugar
240g flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
cornflakes (half of it blended)

Method:
1. Beat sugar and butter together until creamy.
2. Add in eggs, vanilla essence and flour.
3. Add in corflakes
4. Bake in oven for 20-25 mins
