Mee Rebus

Ingredients:
A) Bawang merah, bawang putih , halia, kunyit hidup diblend halus.
B) Udang kering diblend halus.
C) Kentang rebus diblend halus.
D) Daging direbus dan airnya dibuat stok.
E) Kacang dogoreng minyak dan diblend sederhana
F) Kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang, bunga cengkih, buah pelaga
Lengkuas diketuk
Rempah Kari Daging
Tepung gandum

Methods:
1. Tumis bahan F hingga naik bau. Kemudian masukkan bahan A diikuti bahan B sampai garing. Kemudian masukkan rempah kari daging hingga wangi.
2. Masukkan bahan D diikuti bahan C dan juga bahan E.
3. Masukkan air ikut sukatan masing-masing. Dan kemudian masukkan sedikit tepung gandum mengikut kepekatan yang disukai.

Bubur Lambuk (Tok)

Ingredients:
Beras
Santan
Bawang merah, halia (dihiris)
Halba
Daging/ Ayam / Udang
Serai (Diketuk)
Air

Methods:
1. Rebus beras sampai kembang.
2. Masukkan bawang merah, halia dan serai.
3. Masukkan daging/ ayam/ udang sampai empuk.
4. Masukkan santan. Kacau sampai santan sekata dan hilang bau santan.
5. Masukkan halba. Kacau rata dan tutup api.
6. Goreng bawang merah yg dihiris sampai garing.
7. Tuang bawang goreng berserta minyak gorengan dalam periuk dan tutup. Biarkan seketika tanpa dikacau.
8. Kacau rata dan sedia dihidangkan.

Chocolate Butter Cookies (Arfah)

Ingredients:
250g butter
1/4 brown sugar
1/4 icing sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1/4 cups cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cups chocolate chips
100g cooking chocolate (double boiled)
3 x 1/8 cups oats (finely blended)
100g nuts(chopped)

Methods:
1. Cream butter and sugars.
2. Add in vanilla and chocolate paste.
3. Add in flour, salt, nuts, oats and chips.
4. Spoon onto baking sheet and bake for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.

Dragon Ball

Ingredients:
Potato flakes
Mince meat
Chicken/ beef stock
Hot water
Milk
Pepper
Breadcrumbs
Flour
Cheese (Mozzarella/ Cheddar)
Eggs
Onion(diced)
Salt
Oil

Methods:
1. Mix together potato flakes, stock and milk. Then, add in hot water bit by bit to ensure that the mixture is not too sticky.
2. In a saucepan, simmer together onion, mince meat and salt until the meats turns a bit browny.
3. Then mix them together with the potato mixture.
4. Roll them into balls and put the cheese at the center of it.
5. Dip in flour , eggs and breadcrumbs simultaneously and deep fried it.
6. Ready to be serve and best eaten with cheese sauce or brown sauce.

Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
250g cream cheese (I use philadelphia cream cheese)
62g castor sugar
2g egg yolk
125g fresh milk
29g corn flour
9g tsp all-purpose flour
25g sugar
2g egg white

Methods:
1. Beat cream cheese and sugar together until fluffy.
2. Add in fresh milk, corn flour and all-purpose flour.
3. In another bowl, beat in egg white and sugar together until light and fluffy.(make sure the bowl is totally dry)
4. Add them in. Bake at 150C for 30-40 mins.

To make the base:
Mix together melted butter and crushed/blended digestive biscuit together. Press hard to the bottom of the baking-ware. Let it cooled in the fridge.

Carrot cake

Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1/2 cups vegetable oil
3/4 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/8 cup pure maple syrup ( i just use honey)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups grated carrots

Method:
1. Whisk eggs, oil, sugars, maple syrup and vanilla until well combined.
2. Add together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in another bowl. Then stir into the batter.
3. Add carrots. Bake well for 30-40 mins.
